I lay down on a bed of melancholy
And cover myself with disappointment.
Then I turn off the bright sadness
To let myself drift off into peace.
In the morning, I tidy up my inside:
I stack the melancholy on the sadness,
And the disappointment on the top
Away on a shelf to get dusty, forgotten…
Next to every stack of emotions.
Next to every pile of memories.
